91md Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the conditions governing use of the 91md platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services we provide.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 91md platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 91md platform.
These terms apply to all platform users, including general visitors, registered members, and users who carry out financial transactions. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The 91md platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the platform does not contravene any laws applicable in your place of residence.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 91md. You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process. 91md reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents where necessary.
Accounts registered using false information or that impersonate another person's identity may be suspended or closed immediately without prior notice.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
Any activity that occurs within your account is deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact 91md support immediately through the official channels provided.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 91md platform complies with applicable local laws. Using this platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited. 91md reserves the right to report suspected activity to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Users are also prohibited from using any automated software, bots, or systems to access or interact with the platform unlawfully. Any attempt to manipulate the system, odds, or game outcomes is strictly forbidden.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the 91md platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are required to use valid payment methods registered in their own name. Using payment methods belonging to another person without authorisation is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Deposit
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe specified by the payment method used. 91md is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers. All deposits are final and non-refundable except under circumstances explicitly stated in these terms.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or eWallet registered under the same user's name. 91md reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and the platform's current conditions.
Bonuses & Promotions
Any bonuses or promotional offers received are subject to the specific terms set for the promotion in question. Users are required to meet the stipulated wagering requirements before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. 91md reserves the right to void bonuses if the conditions are not met or if fraud is suspected.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
91md is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including service interruptions, technical failures, or errors beyond our control. This platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability.
In all circumstances, 91md's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount of the active balance in that user's account at the time of the relevant incident.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 91md platform, including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and underlying software, is the property of 91md or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 91md.
Third-Party Links and Account Policy
The 91md platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 91md is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.
Regarding account policy, 91md reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account if there is reasonable cause to believe that these terms have been breached. This includes but is not limited to: fraud, use of multiple accounts, abuse of promotions, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to reclaim any bonuses or winnings derived from activities that violated those terms.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Right to Amend Terms
91md reserves the right to amend, improve, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior specific notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. You are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with the 91md platform will be resolved through the appropriate channels. Users agree that they access this platform on their own initiative and responsibility, in compliance with the laws applicable in their place of residence.
Language and Interpretation
These terms and conditions are published in Bahasa Melayu. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity in interpretation, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
